Who is this guy, anyway?
Dale Koziol is a retired engineering project manager now living in Duluth, MN, about 75 miles from where he grew up. During his long career, he traveled extensively both domestically and internationally. Those travels afforded the opportunity to make friends all over the world. Consequently, he was exposed to diverse communities, cultures, customs and cuisines. In retirement, he now enjoys studying history, reading and writing, photography, cooking, and riding his vintage Indian motorcycle. Many of these hobbies came together in the creation of this book, as did his enjoyment of a bit of fine whiskey.
